Welcome to my profile! Let me share a little about myself. I own a telehealth practice in TX, Pragmatic Solutions Therapy PLLC. I serve adults of any age and specialize helping those dealing with anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, mood disorders, adjustment issues, anxiety, life transitions and health-related challenges. I use specific modalities such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive, Biofeedback, Humanistic, Acceptance Commitment therapy and a telehealth version of EMDR. I welcome anyone searching for solutions to any issue impeding their life goals.
Our first goal, as in every session, is to build an authentic, genuine therapeutic relationship. As an integrative, inclusive psychotherapist, who specializes in various modalities, I will help you discover and sharpen your own unique life-long coping skills, which also includes sending you specific to the issue weekly tools, sparking hope, thus empowerment.
I believe everyone has value, a unique identity, and the innate desire for peace of mind. I offer a non-judgmental, safe telehealth space for you to tell your story.
