As a licensed professional counselor and certified school counselor (K-12) my passion and career are dedicated to exactly that – promoting the mental and behavioral health of children and adolescents, and actively partnering with their parents wherever possible in the counseling process. In my commitment to a holistic approach, I’m particularly interested in supporting parent-child relationships, ultimately believing that collaboration among children and their caregivers is most effective.
For over 20 years, I have offered individuals counseling services for a wide variety of issues, including school anxiety and avoidance, social relationships and bullying, academic performance, generalized anxiety, depression, ADHD, and defiant behaviors. My areas of expertise in Family Coaching and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy provides practical strategies.
