Hello, my name is Monica and I'm accepting new clients for virtual counseling. Are you someone who is struggling with symptoms of anxiety or depression? Someone who's having trouble in a relationship or managing personal or professional relationships? Are you looking for someone to listen, provide feedback and challenge negative thoughts? I'm here to actively listen without judgment and offer resources and suggestions to manage symptoms and take care of yourself. Life can be overwhelming and some of us struggle to appropriately manage our emotions or how to get through anxious or sad times.
I'll help guide the process using a variety of treatment methods and we will work together to identify your goals and strengths. I have experience working with a variety of people starting my career at Child and Family Services and adults who have developmental disabilities to people who have severe and persistent mental illnesses.
I'm a licensed independent social worker here to provide individual counseling. My schedule is flexible and I can work evenings and some weekends.
