Dealing with life's daily issues and maladaptive behaviors can be a challenge. I have been working with adolescents, children, adults via individual, family, and couples for 15 years who deal with mental health and/or substance use issues. I work to assist clients work through symtoms of depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Additionally address behavioral and other problematic stressful issues to improve a positive quality of life.
We offer flexible schedules to meet the client/family needs which include evening and Saturday by apptointment. Working with a client is unique, thus the therapeutic approach is eclectic and assessed to utilize the best comfortable therapy approach for the client. Our goal is to ensure the client needs are met to acheive a positive outcome and results.
