I trained in Person-Centered, Strengths' based counseling at The Evergreen State College Counseling Center and these modalities are the foundation of all my work. At Lesley, I studied Expressive Therapies and I use these techniques as appropriate to the client. I am certified to work with First Responders. I use EMDR for trauma and anxiety.
For the past 30 years, I have been working in non-profit social service settings with diverse folks. I am interested in building a more equitable, inclusive world one authentic interaction at a time.
