Sometimes something has gone awry in our life balance which can manifest into feelings of sadness, symptoms of anxiety, unmanageable stress, uncontrollable fear, and self-doubt. Do you ever feel as if you are stuck, going around and around in circles? Rather than feeling you are alone in this struggle, I strive to meet you right where you are and will work with you every step of the way. I offer a safe and affirming space where together we will work through these challenges. I will provide you with tools that lead to self-discovery and creating a meaningful life.
I have experience in helping those who experience depression, anxiety, anger, stress, low self-esteem, grief/loss, abuse, relationship issues, family issues, and concerns that are more specific to the LGBTQ+ community. Together we can explore both strengths and areas in need of change.
I am a LGBTQ+ ally, and my pronouns are She/Her/Hers. My office is a Safe Zone for individuals who self-identify as LGBTQ+, polyamorous, their families, and their partners/spouses. I am accepting new clients and am available to meet Tuesday-Saturday. I am also a LPC-Supervisor.
