I am dedicated to building a sustainable model of healing. My model of treatment will provide comfort, but also growth. I am going to encourage you to make some adjustments in your thinking and in your behaviors; because if nothing changes, nothing changes. We will laugh and we will cry - together!
Life is hard! A 40-year longitudinal study was published about a year ago in New Zealand studying thousands of people. They learned that it is RARE to NOT have depression at all in your life.
