I offer marriage/premarital counseling and relationship therapy with a focus on navigating healthy communication, conflict resolution, infidelity and intimacy. I work with a variety of couples and individuals in a safe space where all are welcome and LGBTQ+ clients are encouraged. My approach is empathic, curious, comfortable and compassionate. I believe in meeting my clients where they are to highlight your strengths, preferences, and needs. Reaching out to find a therapist who feels like a good fit can be the hardest part of getting started. I take an active approach in fostering personal growth and self-reflection.

My therapy is focused on; relationship issues, family conflict, addiction recovery, self-esteem, body image, and boundaries. The length of counseling varies within each client and may require a level of patience and trust in the therapeutic process. In our therapeutic alliance, we can create a supportive space to foster growth, transformation and healing.

We will discuss thoughts, feelings and goals while exploring life's past hardships and present difficulties to work towards an improved lifestyle and hopeful future.
