No one gets us, and quite frankly, all the noise inside our heads and all the stuff happening around us is so overwhelming it can all become too much to manage, so we quit therapy and find ways to manage alone. My approach to therapy is a bit eclectic approach to mental health therapy, which incorporates nature, philosophy, and science, to create a truly healing environment where you are supported and encouraged in finding and honoring your true, authentic self.
