In my experience, the only constant in life is change, whether it be a job, a living situation, a move, a relationship, the death of a loved one, trauma, or countless other changes we encounter and create. Change, even a desire for change, can often feel overwhelming when we do not know what action to take or if we should take any action at all. My focus is on helping my individual, couple, and family clients feel empowered to handle the challenges they face leading up to, during, and following life changes. I will listen without judgement and offer support and compassion as clients do the courageous work of leaning into change.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I collaborate with clients to identify strengths while they develop new tools and coping skills with which they can navigate their relationships and life circumstances. I utilize various therapy methods, such as EFT, Solution-focused, Gottman, Structural, and CBT, and, with my clients, create a successful treatment plan.
For your convenience, I have both daytime and evening availability and accept Aetna, BC/BS, and United insurance as well as offer sliding scale rates.
