I specialize in using Art Therapy, and am trained in EMDR, which are interactive psychotherapy techniques aimed at relieving psychological distress and gaining insight. Also, my experience as a certified yoga instructor allows me to share mind body approaches to healing. I utilize CBT techniques as well. Currently, I am offering in person weekend availibilty
