I'm an LPC, LCDC, and a trauma informed, client-centered psychotherapist. I have worked 10 years in community mental health working with children, adolescents and adults, individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. My passion is helping others in identifying their values and to living a values-driven life. I am also a Peer Support Supervisor certified by Texas Certification Board of Addiction Professionals.
I went into the field of counseling to better understand myself, family, my peers and future clients. Along the way, I discovered the joy in helping others better understand themselves. Little did I know that my desire to better understand myself would lead me to my life passion in helping others.
