At Mom Over Matter, I provide mental health counseling and coaching exclusively to mothers. I offer a holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy, using a combination of cognitive, somatic, and relational techniques so you feel safe to explore, grow, and heal. Our work begins with a thorough assessment of your concerns. We will collaborate on a treatment plan and choose interventions carefully to meet you where you are today.

My mission is to support mothers on their path to healing. This can mean working through past trauma, exploring and changing behavior patterns, or navigating life transitions. I am a divorced and remarried mother of three. I was a single working Mom and a stay-at-home Mom. I take my own healing seriously to be the best provider I can be.
