Nice to meet you! You've come to the right place. I'm Molly, a neurodivergent and queer therapist who specializes in working with autistic, ADHD, and highly sensitive young people (ages 5 to 35) who live with anxiety, dysregulation/depression, sensory-overload, executive dysfunction, C-PTSD/PTSD, low self-esteem and identity challenges, disordered eating, masking stress, communication challenges, and/or navigating life as an LGBTQIA+ person. I honor lived experience, whether a client is formally diagnosed with autism or ADHD, self-diagnosed, and/or questioning their neurotype. All are welcome, valued, and validated.
My sessions mix a warm, casual, and light-hearted approach with evidence-based skill building. My niche lies in adapting scientifically proven modalities, such as DBT, for neurodivergent brains. Treatment plans are collaborative, creative and client-led. We may experiment, try things, and try again. You choose your style. What's right is what works for you!
In addition to therapy, I have provided autism clinical consultancy services to Children's Hospital Los Angeles, USC, Pepperdine, and the University of Bristol (UK.) My goal is to help neurodivergent people everywhere understand their brains, bodies, and emotions so that they can build happy and healthy lives. I hope to meet you soon!
