I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Utah, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. I have worked in the field for over 15 years with a variety of experience from wilderness therapy & residential treatment centers to the hospital and therapy apps. I now love providing therapy online and in-person in the private practice setting, and love the connections I get to make with clients. I specialize in working with women, young adults, female adolescents, and couples. I love helping in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting issues, relationship stress, and life changes.
