In my therapeutic practice, I embrace the fundamental principle that we are born with internal wisdom that holds healing potential. By creating a nurturing and non-judgmental space, I invite clients to explore the multifaceted dynamics within their internal system, navigating through the complexities of relational patterns, attachment wounds, and unresolved traumas.
I am committed to guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Internal Family Systems is an approach that views the mind as a complex system made up of different "parts", each with its own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
I will help you identify and understand these different parts and then work with them to heal and integrate them into a more harmonious and balanced whole. This process can lead to increased self-awareness, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
