I specialize in working with adults and adolescents struggling with issues related to trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also work in a high school, providing me with a greater understanding of adolescents trends and struggles. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and I utilize a holistic and client centered approach.
