I work primarily with young adult females who struggle with anxiety, people pleasing behaviors, trauma, family/relationship issues, etc. You may be someone who presents to the world as being “put together,” but on the inside you feel the complete opposite. Therapy can help make a difference in these areas by uncovering the 'why' behind certain thoughts and behaviors. This increase in self-awareness and understanding can help to make the change that you have been wanting.
My role as a therapist is to help guide and encourage you in where you want to grow. You are the expert in your own life, which is why we will set goals that are at your own pace. My goal is that you have the space to discover yourself, feel understood, and move towards healing.
