I have worked with many adolescents, young adults, families and couples desiring to have a better self esteem, coping skills, communication skills, parenting skills, and a trustworthy relationship with others. Many of them are fighting the battle of anxiety, depression, difficult life changes, parenting, victimization, suicidal thoughts, and PTSD. They desire a place of peace, to heal, change, and grow into the family, couple or individual they want to be.
I have a passion to help my clients change and become the author of their new story. I create a space that allows for freedom to deeply feel and become a new person. I utilize Narrative and Solution Focused therapy to focus on the client's goals and their desire to change their world. When clients arrive to my office they will find a comfortable space to take a deep breath and lead their journey into a new life, a new relationship, and a new self.
