I am a relational therapist informed by attachment theory and neuroscience, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet each person’s unique needs. I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Brainspotting.
I view therapy as a collaborative partnership built on safety and trust. My goal is to create an inclusive space where individuals of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientations feel truly welcome.
