Hi, I'm Molly! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Wisconsin and have been teaching Yoga and Mindfulness for over 10 years. I love working with families, youth and women who are maneuvering postpartum depression, fertility challenges, birth trauma and more. Everyone deserves a safe space and access to tools that can support them on their unique journey.
I have worked in school settings, day clinics and outpatient settings. My speciality trainings include: trauma, pre & post natal, adolescents, anxiety and bereavement. My goal as a therapist is to make you feel comfortable, safe and seen on your healing journey.
I use a collaborative, strength-based approach with my clients. I draw from cognitive modalities such as CBT, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques along with somatic based practices to provide an eclectic person-centered approach to therapy. Let's dive in!
