What makes my job extremely fulfilling is companioning with honest, curious individuals who hope to better themselves and want to experience all the best that life has to offer. Working with a wide variety of people in relation to age, sex, educational level, economic status, and presenting problems is important to me. I believe in a Humanistic/Existential theoretical approach to help clients realize their full life meaning and potential.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy are approaches I use most often. I specialize in depression and anxiety, trauma, couples and infidelity, adoption and attachment, and behavioral/emotional issues in young people.
