Whatever trauma or setbacks altered your life, whatever questions you have yet to answer, and whatever your unique assets are all comes together in your unique story - I encourage clients to question, explore, and seek deeper understanding in therapy, especially with humor and creativity.
I myself am a neurodivergent, queer therapist, and come from a trauma-informed background focusing on a holistic what makes us who we are. I feel services and most effective when offered by and for marginalized communities with lived experience. I utilize client-led therapy with plenty of support, validation, and compassion.
Anxiety, depression, challenges related to neurodiversity and/or disability, and trauma can make the first steps even harder. Whether you’ve been considering therapy for a while, or you feel like you’ve suddenly hit a wall, I believe everyone comes to therapy with a desire to see and be seen.
