It is an immense privilege to walk side by side with my clients as they take their courageous journey to their best lives. I provide treatment to couples, teens & adults providing both individual and couples/marital therapy. I have a passion for relationship work with couples and relationship systems from a variety of backgrounds, as well as my work with teens. I provide treatment from a multi-cultural perspective for issues/concerns including but not limited to relational issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, general stressors, life transitions, identity stress, sex and sexuality, self-esteem, behavioral issues & grief/bereavement.
I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy collaborating closely with my clients to devise an individualized treatment plan tailored specifically for them through several evidence-based treatment modalities. I have extensive experience working with clients who identify within the LGBTQ+ community and couples in alternative relationships of any kind.
I will meet you wherever you are in your process providing a compassionate, safe and accepting environment that allows for depth and exploration of self within a framework of a professional partnership. I am both empathetic and passionate about helping my clients reach their goals while being true to their authentic selves and providing them restored hope.
