I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal. However, experiences from the past or current challenges or stressors can leave people feeling overwhelmed. Through counseling, an individual can explore their experiences, process their emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations in the present moment, which will guide them toward increased awareness, emotional regulation, greater capacity and a sense of well-being and vitality.

I have a background in psychotherapy, I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a graduate of the McKay Method School of Energy Healing. My approach is holistic and draws on an interpersonal approach, psychodynamic and attachment theories, somatic awareness, knowledge of the nervous system, mindfulness, and spirituality.
