As a social worker for more than 30 years, I provide therapeutic and play therapy services to children and teens ages 9-19 who experience a broad range of issues. My approach is collaborative, designed to help people feel better and function more effectively.
I offer a safe space and an empathetic and understanding ear for all. I use solutions-focused and cognitive behavior techniques, which are designed to strengthen coping skills and instill changes in behavior, thoughts and emotions.
