Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read more about me! I know the process of finding a counselor is overwhelming and draining, so I hope I can provide you with more clarity about what counseling would be like with me. I have a great passion for loving and serving others with compassion and joy. My first priority is building a strong relationship with clients, creating a space place for them to share their story. I take time to build trust, connection, and respect before jumping into any deep work.
Throughout my sessions with clients, I strive to act as a guide, teammate, and cheerleader to help instill self-exploration, self-confidence, and self-worth. My areas of practice include: boundaries, shame, college students, OCD, perfectionism, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and stress.
Starting with a new counselor can be very intimating, so I encourage you to take your time and maybe a slight risk to reach out to a counselor with whom you find a connection. I would love to talk with you more about what you're experiencing and see how I might be helpful in navigating life's challenges!
