I am a transparent, direct therapist skilled in helping you understand and adjust your relationship dynamics and patterns. I work with couples, individuals, queer, non-binary and transitioning individuals. I am grateful to have experience and training serving a broad range of individuals including New Mainers, LGBTQIA+ and those with severe mental illness. I also offer clinical supervision and behavioral health consulting to clinicians and community mental health agencies.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Maine. I have worked in social service settings since 2008 and have been practicing as a therapist since 2014 serving in a variety of non-profit community clinics, forensic settings and within medical primary care in Maine and New York City. I offer short and long-term counseling.
