My integrative counseling combines various modalities to treat a wide-range of mental health concerns and disorders. I take a person-centered, collaborative approach that considers the unique needs of every client.
In conclusion, I believe that mental health care is not one-size-fits-all, but rather is an individualized approach that flexes for each person’s needs. I offer integrative, collaborative therapy for clients 13 years old and up in the Twin Cities-metro area.
