Not knowing where to begin can be quite scary and overwhelming. I want to acknowledge how brave it is to take that first step in your search for a therapist. I strive to create a safe space for individuals where there is trust, acceptance, and empowerment. I believe in the power of feeling heard and seen, and I am committed to the idea that every person's strength can and will be the catalyst in finding hope and healing. I work with individuals (ages 17+) and am accepting new clients.
Each client will be met where they are at in session, and I will work collaboratively with you in identifying ways and coping mechanisms to move forward. My counseling approach is unique to your situation and developed from a mix of cognitive behavioral, strengths-based, and relational modalities.
I have clinical experience in working with individuals and families affected by cancer, life altering diagnosis, and loss. I also specialize in anxiety, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I am accepting new clients for both Telehealth and In-Person Sessions.
