As a clinician, my purpose is to provide a safe place that addresses struggles including but not limited to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress management, conflict resolution, and relationships. My office is a non-judgmental and trusting space for you to process your emotions and further develop skills that are designed to help you move towards your therapeutic goals. I believe that emotional and personal growth is different for everyone. My services will be tailored to meet you where you are so we can work together to achieve the growth and change you want in your life.
When working together, I will utilize a person-centered, strengths-based approach, making therapy a collaborative process. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior therapy, Positive Psychology, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness techniques in my approach, making it individualized to your needs.
