Sessions will be a judgment free zone and you will be met with various techniques that best fit you and your needs. My goal at the end of every session is that you know someone cares about you and you can leave with a little more hope than when you started the session.
In counseling I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-informed therapy, and canine therapy. I have worked with sexual trauma survivors and human trafficking survivors for several years. I can help you learn how to be fully in the present if you are still battling past traumatic memories.
