I use a Biblical approach for addressing issues while also using mindfulness, trauma therapy and various techniques that best fit you and your needs.
Whether you are struggling with feelings of failure, relationship issues, eating disorders, intimacy issues, or trauma from past abuse, I am here to help you find hope and answers so that you can move forward.
