Hello. I have always desired to understand feelings, behavior and the human mind; always been driven toward solving the questions that start with why. I would deem it a privilege to take the time with someone to answer how they can move forward from their situation and how they can deal with whatever hand life has dealt them, as well as being able to diagnose any conditions before initiating treatment. My hope for all clients is to get them to a place where therapy is a choice or no longer needing therapy to achieve their goals in life. Book with me now by clicking on my website.

I have experience working with teens, adults, couples, and families facing a range of difficulties, from navigating life transitions and relationship issues to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotional regulation difficulties, and more. Therapy can be different things for different people, so whether you need a place to safely explore your thoughts and emotions, learn coping strategies, understand yourself better, improve relationships, or change unhelpful behaviors, I can be there along the way to support you with compassion and understanding.

Do you feel stuck in the past, disconnected from the present, and attached to stories that reduce who you are and what's possible for you? Maybe you are uncertain about your identity, future, or relationships but eager for clarity. Do you seek a safe space to explore and reconnect with your authentic self, and your goals include building your self-awareness, connection, self-care, satisfaction, and resilience? Through therapy, you can gain insights, expand emotional experiences, find the courage to take new risks, accept imperfections, and integrate attitudes that foster wholeness, fulfillment, and peace.

As an openly polyamorous-queer-gender expansive person, I’ve spent most of my life experiencing microaggressions & unlearning the cisnormative & hetronormative messages that constantly tell us we are defective, broken, or unwanted. They are wrong! We are fabulous, vibrant & deserving, of all the gifts the world has to offer. I became a therapist to share what I’ve learned, bring healing, & advocate for queer/trans youth, young adults & their families while working for social justice & full inclusion into society. Our work will be in a safe, affirming space so we can collaborate to create & implement a road map to your recovery.

A mirror allows us to see ourselves, however, sometimes this mirror can be distorted by our unhelpful thinking patterns and difficult experiences that have shaped the way we see the world. I believe therapy can provide a less distorted mirror to see ourselves more accurately in order to make the changes we want to make to live a healthier, happier life.

Therapy can be a very intimidating process to begin. In my office I approach each person as an individual to create a safe and judgment free space for them to be who they are. We each have unique experiences that influence where we are in our journey through life. I have experience working with adults & teens to help them navigate and/or move forward from trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and stressors that impact their quality of life. My goal will be to walk through the difficult or confusing paths you face and help you feel empowered to create the life you desire.

Not accepting new clients
It’s an ongoing privilege to empower individuals to overcome personal obstacles from the bumpy chapters of their lives. It is my goal to assist clients in bringing about change, healing, growth, and acceptance in their lives. I also believe that knowledge is a powerful transformative tool, which is why I incorporate bibliotherapy and psychoeducation in my therapy sessions along with cognitive behavioral therapy, yoga, and integrative medicine. You will have the autonomy to direct your own treatment because the outcome is in your hands.
