We help our clients to meet their goals. We have experience with trauma, couples therapy, grief, anxiety, substance abuse and general stress management. Our approach with couples therapy is the Gottman Method. We will work on developing better skills for managing conflict and increasing connection. Our practitioners offer EMDR and brainspotting, a somatic therapy which is helpful for releasing trauma
We have 4 therapists. We offer in person, telehealth and low fee therapy. We work hard with you to achieve your therapeutic goals. We also offer intensive sessions for couples on the weekends.
