I specialize in working with young children and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and other challenges. My focus also includes counseling with prenatal/postpartum clients working through the challenges of becoming a new mother, including anxiety and depression. I am passionate about working with mothers who may be experiencing burnout or other challenges that come with the demands of motherhood. This includes helping to empower women to reach their fullest potential.

I believe the therapeutic process is a collaborative effort, and I am honored to have the opportunity to see life transformation happen with my clients. My goal is to work side by side with my clients to help them reach their life’s objective. I will do this through utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused therapy, and a Person-centered approach, as well as always leaning on God’s wisdom and direction.

My hope and intention is create a warm, comfortable and safe environment that meets your needs for change, support, growth, and/or healing. I am experienced in trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, ADHD, and self-harm. I work with adolescents, adults and couples, and adopt a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach with clients. I have also received specialized training in EMDR therapy.

I currently have openings for new clients both during the week and on Saturdays. I have flexibility during weekdays for telehealth. I really enjoy working with teenagers, adults, and couples. Our sessions are always very solutions focused with the focus on helping clients reach their preferred future. My clients appreciate the flexibility and confidentiality of telehealth/virtual sessions. This format also allows me to work with clients all over the state of Missouri.

I work with people who have trouble regulating emotion. I am skilled in several different types of therapy, however, I have a significant amount of advanced training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Gottman Method couples therapy. I tend to work with people who are experiencing depression, suicidal ideation, self harming behavior, trauma and anxiety. I focus on providing Autism assessments, ADHD assessment and treatment, clinical supervision and marathon therapy. I'm based in LSL now and offer telehealth for people located in Montana. Now enrolling new members for adult and teen DBT groups starting in June!

Hello! I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Missouri Baptist University and am a fully licensed therapist. I also currently work as a Director at a non-profit agency, working with youth in the foster care system who have experienced trauma/emotional distress. I have many years experience working with youth who have elevated mental and behavioral health needs (ages 5-20), and working with the family unit as well. I also have experience working with adults, couples, and families.
