Whether you are in a marriage that is struggling, having a problem personally with substances, or just need some help clearing out the clutter in your life, my approach to counseling comes from many different counseling theories. I believe that it is important to focus on the here and now, emphasizing future actions, behaviors, and thoughts, rather than deeply exploring the past. While the past has brought us where we are today, how you believe today and how you act today is of more importance. I believe in being directive and intentional in all aspects of therapy.

Welcome! I am happy to see that you found me. I am here to help life feel less overwhelming and tough. Lets meet where you are in life and allow me to be a helping light to guide you to where you are wanting to be. Just bring you! However you are, and lets take some time to curl up on the couch while we unravel what is tangled so that we can navigate our way through what it is that is holding you back. Lets do this together! You are not alone. My goal is to use a holistic, whole person approach, individualized to you and what you need in a safe, caring, and non-judgmental environment.

While goals may vary, we work with our clients to help cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness, develop coping skills to manage stress and anxiety, improve self-esteem, and enhance overall well-being. Our clinicians also support clients as they seek and nurture fulfilling relationships, set boundaries, and pursue their passions and goals with confidence and clarity.

I currently have immediate openings or space available in my 10 hour/week SPARK program (ages 5-10), virtual Safe & Sound Protocol (all ages) and in-person groups (pre-school, elementary, middle). I am also the founder of parenthub.net, which provides additional support for parents & caregivers.

We are a counseling practice that serves both adults and children. We offer individual, family, and couples therapy. It is an honor to have numerous therapists on staff with a variety of specialties and experiences. We currently have immediate openings for daytime, evening and weekends with both our provisional therapists and our Stepping Stones therapists (Interns). Our ultimate goal is to help you find a good fit.

Every person deserves the chance to create happiness from within themselves. As the therapist, I will work with the inner strengths of those individuals and help them navigate their life to become their truest self. My therapeutic practice is based on the client's individual needs. I believe that there is no one model to fit all people and the therapy should be molded to the client's individual goals.

Sometimes we move into a season of life where we realize something needs to change. We don’t always know what that change is, but we sense that without it, we may not be able to move forward. Therapy is the exploration and healing of that season of life. We have a tendency to repeat old patterns that don’t get us to our goal, but struggle to come up with a different path. This doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with you. In fact, it means that a part of you believes deeply that the way you’re doing things is helpful, even though the end result doesn’t seem so wonderful! Let’s try to create a path to freedom together!
