I have been working with children, adolescents, young adults (including those on the Autism Spectrum) and their families for thirteen years. My focus is on helping them with anxiety, depression, anger, relationships, school difficulties and a variety of issues. I take a personalized, strengths based, solutions focused approach using techniques designed to best suit the individual. I believe the adolescent today faces many challenges, some timeless and others unique to this generation. My goal for clients in therapy is to help foster growth from adversity, in a relaxed and nonjudgmental environment.

I work with adults and older teens (15+) struggling with anxiety, OCD, BFRBs, BDD, depression, body image issues, and other life concerns like role transitions and finding purpose. I have compassion for those trying to find their way in life and needing some help to find the strength that is already within them.

Stephan Baker earned an undergraduate from University of Louisville Ky in Psychology, Master's from Missouri Baptist University in Counseling and a doctorate in Healthcare and Leadership from Nebraska Methodist College in Omaha, NE. Stephan is currently completing a second doctorate and currently in a PsyD program at Cal Southern University. Stephan has a vast amount of military experience and was trained at Jefferson Barracks VA hospital working with combat veterans. Stephan works with all types of trauma related victims from any degree of severity.

Making the decision to seek therapy and then finding the right therapist can be difficult. You may be struggling with your feelings, behaviors, or relationships. I have been working with individuals and groups since 2000. I am an expert in treating substance abuse and anger management. I am comfortable treating a diverse range of people suffering from anxiety, depression, stress management, PTSD, and relationship problems. I mostly use cognitive behavioral therapy and therapeutic horsemanship to resolve issues. I offer parenting and anger management classes. I am a very patient and optimistic individual.

I love working with best friends who are trying to get their sexual spark back. Many of my clients have been together for years and actually get along pretty well. They have good communication, they are partnered well and they treat each other with respect. However, they struggle to want to have sex with one another. They love each other and enjoy each other's time, but they struggle to take sexual chances, try new things and have fun in the bedroom. They essentially have "friend zoned" each other. My work is to help give these couples that special nudge to make sex a priority and enjoy sex again as a team.

My name is Jamie Yates and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. I'm trained in DBT, CBT, and ACT. I use an eclectic approach that focuses on how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors affect our lives. I generally work with teenagers and adults with depression, anxiety, and/or Borderline Personality Disorder. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the state of Missouri. I received a Masters in Counseling Psychology as well as a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in 2017. During my studies, I was a staff counselor at Bastyr University. In addition, I offered low cost therapy to the community at a year long internship at Seattle Therapy Alliance. I spent 4 years as a clinical fellow at Roots Renewal Counseling in St. Louis, MO. I enjoy working with adults experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, OCD, grief/loss, chronic illness, identity development, career, body image and self confidence.
