I have worked with many individuals, and couples over the past 34 years to help navigate the "ups and downs" of life and relationships. Blending her genuine Southern charm with an assertive and straightforward style, she has built a renowned reputation as a therapist who fearlessly confronts delicate subjects and guides her clients through challenging life experiences.

I have several years of experience and training in the field of sex addiction and betrayal trauma and am currently a Certified Sex Addiction Specialist (CSAT) through International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP).

My work is focused on creating a safe, warm, and inviting space for individuals and couples to receive therapy. Many of the couples I work with experience poor communication, lack of trust, and resistance to change. I believe those who are open to change and self-awareness are those who will benefit the most. I also enjoy working with individuals. You may be struggling with interpersonal issues. You may feel unsure of your identity and of the things you want in life. As a Christian counselor, I provide compassionate and professional counseling for individuals and couples navigating issues such as sexual betrayal, infidelity, sex addiction, and other relationship challenges. My approach offers solid care for both the individual with problematic behaviors and the spouse who has been impacted by these actions. Behavior Analysis is a powerful science based modality that examines the behaviors that we all engage in on a daily basis. Being rooted deeply in science, that means we leave dreams and horoscopes at the door. Treatment is focused and purposeful, addressing both behavioral deficits and/or excesses. I offer specialization specifically in sexual behaviors (low desire, infidelity, impulse control etc). Clients will be asked to take data, which helps to ensure progress towards goals, and ensures skills developed in sessions are generalized outside of sessions, allowing you to be able to live your best life, even when services end.

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults experiencing issues related to mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues. Over the past several years I have begun to specialize more fully in working with women who are experiencing stress related to TFMR, infertility, pregnancy/infancy loss, child loss, as well as women dealing with divorce, affairs, and other life stressors. I became certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Post Partum Support International in 2021.
