In addition, through my collegiate student-athlete experience I understand the delicate balance of being a student-athlete, including the pressures that come along with it.

We've seen inflation in Missouri and across the US, horrible things happening in current wars, and of course, there is the pandemic we went through that affected literally everyone in the world. We also have, what for many will likely be, a stressful election year. Even without these things, life brings its challenges, but add the stressors we've been through for over 4 years now, in addition to the personal stressors we face, and it only makes sense that many people just like you will benefit from additional support and professional help in processing through life's difficulties.

My name is Natalie Mucci (LMSW) and my passion is being able to meet people where they are and best facilitate each individual attaining their mental health goals.
