My goal as a therapist is to help my clients feel safe, validated, and supported as we work together to identify challenges and create personalized goals that will lead you to ultimately heal and feel whole again. I understand change can feel overwhelming and I will allow you to move at a pace you are comfortable with.

We all experience difficulties at some point in our lives. At times, these difficulties can become overwhelming, and we struggle to cope. This can be from one incident or many over several years. Sometimes these events make us feel stuck and can even impact us many years later. Wherever you are in your journey, I am here to assist you through the healing process and ultimately help you get unstuck.

Do you ever feel like you are reliving the same script but with a different cast? Often, we play out the same dynamics across relationships without noticing how the same conflicts and chaos show up time and time again. I enjoy working with clients to recognize these patterns and collaborate towards striking a balance between empathy and boundaries. As a counselor, I aim to be with you in that discomfort and offer guidance in the process of letting go.

When a clinician is asked what their specialty is, they often focus on specific diagnoses. Although helpful, I believe you are so much more than a diagnosis or collection of symptoms. I think it's important to respect the complicated nature of who we are and the lives we lead. It's about understanding why you are struggling and changing what is not working for you. I think that issues or problems need to be handled with curiosity and not judgement. Only then can we focus on what feels right for you and help you have those things in your life. I believe that, in choosing psychotherapy, one gives oneself a great gift.

She employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to effectively treat symptoms of anxiety and depression, tailoring her approach to each individual's unique needs and goals. With extensive experience in trauma-related disorders, Dr. Bonner utilizes Cognitive Processing Therapy and Written Exposure Therapy to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences.

I am certified in EMDR and have received training in such therapeutic modalities as neurofeedback, interpersonal neurobiology, Internal Family Systems, family therapy, schema therapy, and somatic experiencing. I received my Masters in Counseling from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and have since practiced in both residential treatment centers and outpatient settings.

As a psychologist, Dr. Dan Weinstein helps adults and parents better understand the struggles that they face or that their children face by providing evaluations, psychotherapy, and educational services. He enjoys assisting clients in developing effective problem-solving skills, reducing emotional and behavioral problems, coping with stress, getting along better with others, and strengthening family and other close relationships. Dr. Dan provides professional consultation services and has given over 100 presentations to groups of parents, students, teachers, school counselors, and school social workers.

Mary is a counselor, who has been practicing since 2017. She graduated from Lindenwood University with a Masters in Professional Counseling. Mary believes in Client-Centered, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her main areas of focus include Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, OCD. In her spare time, Mary enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.

As a polyamorous gay man that grew up in the South, I have often found myself at different thresholds trying to figure out how to move through them. Because of this, as your therapist, I will work to help you find the ability to push through your own thresholds.
