My name is Erin Chilson, and I have my Master’s degree in counseling from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. I have been providing mental health treatment to adults, children, couples, and groups, dealing with anxiety, depression, crisis situations, childhood disorders, autism, ADD/ADHD, relationship issues, anger management and more. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral approaches.
