I help survivors overcome past traumas in order to help them begin to heal. I started my career working in the world of non-profit mental health. It was during this time that I realized that we in the mental health community were often treating the wrong thing, our clients tended to be struggling with Trauma more than anything, but we’d be focused on substance use, depression, and anxiety. This would lead to stagnation, due to the real issues not being addressed. Due to this I focus on the treatment of core issues. I focus on what is holding someone back, and not just the symptoms that are caused by these bigger problems.
