Lena has been a social worker for 25 years and believes that we all have the capacity to make positive changes that improve the quality of our lives. As a therapist with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I strive to help families and children of all ages who are struggling and can’t seem to find the right direction. I have specialized training in Structural Family Therapy which focuses on the emphasis on boundaries within families and how the family ultimately functions.
