I believe that you come first in the therapy process and are most successful when met with unwavering support. My therapeutic approach focuses on Person Centered and Existential Therapy with other effective techniques from Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and CBT. I primarily work with adults and teenagers who struggle with depression, anxiety, and relationships. However, I also have experience with other severe mental illnesses, substance abuse, and trauma.
