As men, therapy is often perceived as weak, emasculating, soft, or unnecessary. We often feel pressure from family and employers that continues to mount and build over time. We notice our behaviors changing while the latent emotions, pressure, and stress begin to build. Shame, fear, and anger build and become unmanageable.
