Anna believes that it is important to meet people where they are, and work with clients to create the kind of life they find fulfilling. Clients come to therapy for a variety of reasons, some of which include depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, life transitions and changes, family and relational concerns, substance abuse, grief and loss, body image issues, need for coping strategies to manage stress, and many other reasons. Therapy can be a safe space to explore concerns, to grow, and to heal.

I teach practical and research based tools that help manage anxiety and depression. Therapy helps manage current levels of distress as well as underlying unresolved pain from the past. I encourage the process of developing an authentic and integrated relationship to one's self and others. At the same time, I often give direct advice. I have provided psychotherapy for over 23-years and believe it works! I am aware that most people seek therapy after having had many attempts to address their symptoms alone and remained confused. I want to join you in the journey of healing and growth.

As a Licensed Psychologist, I strive to provide my clients with support and guidance to achieve the growth they desire in their lives. I hope to assist my clients in developing skills and strengths that allow for an improved sense of satisfaction and success, in all aspects of life. I work hard to develop trusting relationships with clients, by providing a safe place to explore and process emotions and challenges. In this time, I've had the privilege of working alongside individuals, couples, and families seeking support, clarity, and healing.
