I enjoy working with adults, college and graduate students. I believe that a true and authentic relationship is at the core of a positive and helpful experience in therapy. I work from a sex-positive, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens. I have experience working with clients who present with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem, identity, life transitions, body image, and other challenges.

I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relational issues, trauma, and I am trained in EMDR. I take special interest in working with college students/young adults struggling with Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge-Eating Disorder, and OSFED. I value each person's unique perspective, and would be honored to walk along side you in your journey!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I enjoy working with children, individuals, couples, and families on developing healthier ways of perceiving, communicating, and interacting with ourselves and with one another. Life can just happen so quickly that we sometimes forget to appreciate the people and things around us. I want to help slow down these moments and to build upon what matters which are our own self-worth and the relationships in our life.

I also have experience working with the LGBTQ community helping students to feel accepted, loved and supported. I specialize in working with individuals ages 15 and older experiencing grief and loss, chronic illness and medical issues including cancer, trauma and stress related issues, significant life changes, anxiety, depression, performance anxiety, relationship conflicts, and spiritual and identity concerns. My mission is to help people heal from their emotional wounds and cope with their life challenges, using creative and evidence-based approaches.

Trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) - Sunni is a licensed mental health and chemical health therapist who has a passion of working with individuals across the lifespan. She has spent her career working with children, teens, and adults. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, Autism, trauma, and co-occurring chemical dependency/mental illness. Her focus is to help individuals achieve overall wellness and happiness while utilizing a strengths based approach to empower change and challenge negative perceptions of self.

All of use are faced with experiences in life that that we could use some help with. Using warmth, gentleness, and humor, my goal as a therapist is to create a safe and healing relationship with you. Together we can explore the parts of yourself and your journey that might feel scary to do alone. l look forward to working with you in defining for yourself who you are and reshaping beliefs that no longer serve you.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I enjoy working with adults who are 18 years or older. I have experience working with individuals who have alcohol and/or drug addition, those in recovery, trauma/PTSD, parts work/ego state/dissociation, anxiety, panic disorders, depression, grief and loss, and anger management. I am also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). My belief is that everyone is the expert on themselves, and the power to heal is within. I aid people in finding their own path towards recovery from mental health and chemical health concerns.

Stefanie Hofman MA, LMFT is a seasoned professional therapist specializing in matters that sometimes make others uncomfortable. Whether it's trauma, sexuality, relationships, or personal angst, Stefanie uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, depending on client interest and need. She will meet the client where they are at and provides a safe space to explore themes that cause distress or dysfunction. Therapy can be difficult and at first, can feel embarrassing. Stefanie's specialty is assisting people with facing the challenges that prevent them from living life to the fullest in a warm and accepting environment.
