Founded in 1993 by Dr. Jeanette Vought, NewPath Mental Health Services (NPMHS) provides professional mental health services, incorporating Christian faith for those desiring it, to individuals who have experienced abuse or trauma. While we specialize in providing care to those who have experienced trauma, our therapists also have expertise treating depression, anxiety, sexual addictions, and addressing family and relational concerns. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I enjoy working with adults who are 18 years or older. I have experience working with individuals who have alcohol and/or drug addition, those in recovery, trauma/PTSD, parts work/ego state/dissociation, anxiety, panic disorders, depression, grief and loss, and anger management. I am also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). My belief is that everyone is the expert on themselves, and the power to heal is within. I aid people in finding their own path towards recovery from mental health and chemical health concerns.

I began working as a therapist in a Community Health Center seeing individuals, couples and families with minor to severe mental health issues, many suffering from past trauma. This led me to seek more education, supervision and training to help treat those reporting trauma and dissociative symptoms. Now, I mainly work with individuals dealing with complex trauma and dissociative disorders, though I still see some couples/families where one member is dealing with trauma-related dissociative symptoms. I work collaboratively, partnering with people to help resolve lingering past and current issues to achieve their stated goals.

I specialize with working with both children and adults, ages 5+, to help ease suffering and improve overall functioning. I can work with parents to help solve problems with their children, provide support for the difficulty of parenting, and psychoeducation about the challenges their child is facing. I also have experience with clients who struggle with trauma, grief, self-harm and suicidality.

Faithe Patrick has experience providing therapy services to individuals and families ages 5 – 60, predominately high-school aged students. She focuses on strengthening interpersonal relationships along with working through past emotional trauma. Faithe uses culturally sensitive, client-centered approaches to create a strong rapport with her clients. She seeks to empower clients through promoting growth within the self and the family system as a whole. As an empathy-driven practitioner, she works to create a calm and safe environment for her clients at all stages of therapy.

Honestly, he’s a really great guy. Chris is the type of therapist that can help you work through some real, heavy stuff, but he can also have you laughing right after (He does improv comedy. I specialize in neuro-diverse diagnoses, ASD, ADHD and Anxiety. I have worked along side families and individuals to help manage the day to day struggle unique to these diagnoses. I have supported clients at home, worked with educators and developed strategies for community involvement. I have a passion for helping children, adolescents, parents and adults manage the problems and stressors that come with having a neuro-diverse diagnoses.

There are times in life when we are faced with challenges that cause us to feel stuck and lose hope. In those moments, we often require a little extra support and compassion to help us focus on possibilities for the future. I am passionate about helping clients during those difficult times by developing a strong level of trust and providing a safe space for them to share their story. In my sessions, I strive to be empathetic, encouraging, and patient with my clients in order to foster growth and healing within them. Therapy is a unique experience in which trust and collaboration are built and developed over time between the therapist, client, and family members. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I strive to look at the family as a system and how an individual client within the system is able to develop appropriate boundaries and healthy communication patterns. I utilize CBT, DBT and Play Therapy techniques. I am DBT trained and I am working towards certification in this area. I am also trained in Play Therapy and close to becoming a Registered Play Therapist. I work with children age 3-years to adults.

Trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) - Sunni is a licensed mental health and chemical health therapist who has a passion of working with individuals across the lifespan. She has spent her career working with children, teens, and adults. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, Autism, trauma, and co-occurring chemical dependency/mental illness. Her focus is to help individuals achieve overall wellness and happiness while utilizing a strengths based approach to empower change and challenge negative perceptions of self.
