Our therapists are empathic professionals who are trained to treat a variety of symptoms and presenting concerns from a collaborative and whole-person approach. Our goal is to partner with you to assist in identifying and understanding the important issues in your life that are creating struggles for you. Our holistic approach is to work to resolve the presenting concerns while identifying and addressing the underlying patterns. We strive to work together to offer ways to cope that work for you.

ADHD symptoms can cause you to experience chaos at work or school, stressful relationships, or make you feel inferior or disappointed in life. I am an ADHD expert and will help you unpack the challenges of ADHD or other major life transitions that leave you questioning your identity and life purpose. I also work with individuals impacted by cancer (living with it, caregiving for a loved one, or surviving). A cancer experience is life-changing, I will help you face and manage your emotions around it. My style is to be compassionate and direct, to help my clients be their best selves and achieve better mental and emotional well-being.

Talking with Allison is like talking to an old friend. She’s so warm, present, and easy to talk to. She has a ton of experience, and her clients feel it. When thinking about how to describe Allison, we keep coming back to the word “warm”. She’s got kindness radiating from her, and in a way that feels very inviting. But, don’t get it twisted. Just because she is warm doesn’t mean she’s weak. She can be tough and motivating even with the most stubborn clients. She’s both TOUGH and LOVE.

I believe it requires a great deal of courage to seek change through therapy, and am honored to be a part of this journey with my clients. I evaluate each client and their specific situation from a holistic perspective, and consider my approach to therapy to be patient-centered, trauma-informed, and relationally-oriented. I have particular interest in treating those with eating disorders, eating behavior challenges, and/or concerns related to trauma/complex trauma.

I enjoy working with individuals ages 16 and older, from all walks of life. I dedicate my work to helping individuals navigate through major life transitions, anxiety, depression, relational problems, trauma, parenting challenges, grief/loss, eating disorder, body image concerns, identity development (especially with LGBTQ populations), personal growth and development.

I specialize with working with both children and adults, ages 5+, to help ease suffering and improve overall functioning. I can work with parents to help solve problems with their children, provide support for the difficulty of parenting, and psychoeducation about the challenges their child is facing. I also have experience with clients who struggle with trauma, grief, self-harm and suicidality.

Faithe Patrick has experience providing therapy services to individuals and families ages 5 – 60, predominately high-school aged students. She focuses on strengthening interpersonal relationships along with working through past emotional trauma. Faithe uses culturally sensitive, client-centered approaches to create a strong rapport with her clients. She seeks to empower clients through promoting growth within the self and the family system as a whole. As an empathy-driven practitioner, she works to create a calm and safe environment for her clients at all stages of therapy.

I am a licensed psychotherapist with a concentration in trauma. I work with issues unique to people suffering the effects of complex trauma, complex childhood trauma and single incident trauma. As I have worked extensively with trauma, I have come to understand complications of trauma often show up in our lives as anxiety, depression, and relational problems. I work individually with clients within their unique family systems. I include and invite the complexity and dignity of unconventional relationship structures and affirm the challenges and joys they provide.

Sometimes it seems that life has given us more than we can handle, and in times like these we may need others to help along the way. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process between myself and the individuals, couples, and families I work with. I bring a non-anxious presence to the therapeutic process, and I work to create a casual and approachable space for you, your child, or your family. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist and Minnesota Board Approved Supervisor who has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. I see the patients I work with as having all the answers.

Maddie is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a pre-licensed psychotherapist under supervision for LPCC licensure. She has immediate openings for therapy. She has a background as a writer that informs her approach to therapy. She believes in the importance of empowering people to develop and grow into their own story and tap into their own motivations for change. She also believes that building community support and connection is an integral part of the healing process. She has experience working with adult men, adult women, adolescents, and LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients with various mental health issues.

Michelle is a compassionate, empathetic, and down to earth therapist who believes in working holistically with clients. She will join you in your life journey where you are at and work hard to establish a collaborative, therapeutic relationship to work towards the changes you are hoping to make. People are complex beings and often need help and support as they develop self understanding, make sense of their life experiences, and strive for positive change. Michelle has a passion for working with new / expecting parents adjusting to their roles and/or suffering from perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, infertility issues or loss.

I do this by encouraging open communication and healthy boundaries, providing psychoeducational support, processing emotional issues and trauma and teaching the art and science of mindfulness. I provide psychotherapy to teens and adults who may be experiencing behavioral and emotional issues, depression, anxiety, trauma and relational issues. I have 20 plus years experience working with individuals, couple, families. In my practice I have extensive experience working with individuals with depression/mood disorders and adult/childhood abuse issues. I provide flexible scheduling with immediate appointments available morning, afternoon and evening Monday through Thursday. In addition I am a provider for most major insurances.
